The 33rd Fighter Wing (33 FW) is a USAF unit assigned to Air Education and Training Command's (AETC) Nineteenth Air Force at Eglin AFB, FL where they are a tenant and training unit. Its main mission is to train USAF and partner nation pilots and maintainers on the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II. When the wing was initially assigned the F-35 training mission on 1 October 2009, it was to include USN/USMC F-35C and USMC F-35B training as well as USAF F-35A and international partner training. This is the color version of the 33FW patch for the squadrons stationed at Eglin AFB and DOES come with velcro attached.

The 33rd Fighter Wing (33 FW) is a United States Air Force unit assigned to the Air Education and Training Command's Nineteenth Air Force. It is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida where it is a tenant unit. The 33 FW is an AETC training unit. Its main mission is to train U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Navy pilots and maintainers on the F-35 Lightning II. The wing will reach full strength in 2014, with more than 2,000 military personnel and 260 contractors. Annual capacity is planned for 2,150 pilot and maintenance students. A minimum of 59 F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C aircraft supporting Air Force training in the F-35A, Marine training in the F-35B, and Navy and Marine training in the F-35C, as well as international partner training in the various versions of the aircraft. The 33rd (sometimes 33d) Fighter Wing, known as the "Nomads" for its constant travel throughout the world, has a long, distinguished history.

It is from the 33rd Tactical Electronic Wing (TEW) for their participation in Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM and says "WHEN DIPLOMACY FAILED" (middle) with the F-16 coming off a target. This patch does not come with velcro attached.

The 35th Fighter Wing is an air combat unit of the United States Air Force and the host unit at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The wing is part of Pacific Air Forces (PACAF)'s Fifth Air Force. The wing was first activated in August 1948 at Johnson Air Base, Japan when PACAF implemented the wing base organization. It participated in the Korean War and later served in the air defense of Japan until inactivating in 1957. In 1966, the wing was again activated and served in combat in the Vietnam War until inactivating in 1972 with the withdrawal of US forces from Southeast Asia. It was soon reactivated at George Air Force Base, California, where it served until inactivating in 1992. It was activated the following year in Iceland as an air defense unit. With the drawdown of US forces in Iceland, it was inactivated the following year, but was activated the same year at Misawa. This patch was found in a Korean embroidery shop in VERY limited quantities, has the "in-theater-made" feel to it, and does not come with velcro attached.

(Korean): The 52FW is a wing of the USAF stationed at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. It was activated in 1948, but derives significant elements of its history from the predecessor Second World War 52d Fighter Group, which is now the 52d Operations Group, subordinate to the wing. The 52FW maintains, deploys and employs F-16CJ aircraft systems in support of NATO and the national defense directives. The wing supports the USAF in Europe - Air Forces Africa, Supreme Allied Commander Europe with mission-ready personnel and systems providing expeditionary air power for suppression of enemy air defenses, close air support, air interdiction, counter-air, strategic attack, and combat search and rescue. The wing also supports contingencies and operations other than war as required. This patch was found in a Korean embroidery shop in very limited quantities, has the "in-theater-made" feel to it, and does not come with velcro attached.

The 174th FW traces its origins to the 138th Fighter Squadron. On October 28th, 1947, the squadron was federally recognized and integrated within the state of New York's Air National Guard. The 174th TFW was the first ANG A-10 to deploy to Germany under operation "Coronet Sail" in 1981. It returned there in 1984 as part of operation "Coronet Giant". That same year, the wing also took part in a "Gunsmoke" competition at Nellis AFB, NV. In 1988, the 174th TFG began conversion to the F-16A Close AIr Support; a conversion completed in March 1989. As a result of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, the 174th was called to was called to active duty and deployed to Al Kharj AB, Saudi Arabia with the units' F-16s arriving on January 3 1991. With the war over on February 28, 1991, the 174th was released from active duty on June 1991. With an internal reoganization in Air Force and ANG command structure, the 174th Tactical Fighter Wing was redesignated as the 174th Fighter Wing in 1993, gaining both personnel and organizational groups as a result of this change.

The 177th Fighter Wing (177 FW) is a unit of the New Jersey Air National Guard, stationed at Atlantic City Air National Guard Base, New Jersey. If activated to federal service, the Wing is gained by the United States Air Force Air Combat Command. The 119th Fighter Squadron assigned to the Wings 177th Operations Group, is a descendant organization of the World War I 5th Aviation School Squadron (later 119th Aero Squadron), established on 5 June 1917. It was reformed on 30 January 1930, as the 119th Observation Squadron, and is one of the 29 original National Guard Observation Squadrons of the United States Army National Guard formed before World War II.
