(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): The 10th EXPEDITIONARY AEROMEDICAL EVACUATION FLIGHT (EAEF), under the 13th Operations Support Squadron (OSS), transports injured service members via aircraft from deployed locations to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, or other accommodating hospitals, while providing medical support. This is the OCP version of their squadron patch but with an added flair….instead of the “SPICE BROWN” (as required by USAF), this one has a “pink” hue to it for honoring the flight nurses. This patch DOES come with velcro attached.
