119EFS ‘AEF 2021’ Patch (Desert/Gold Lion)

This is the desert version with the gold lionhead mascot for their participation in Middle Eastern operations as part of the Air Expeditionary Forces (AEF) in 2021. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
