124th ‘Attack’ Squadron (Red/Blk)

This is the red/black version of the squadron patch for the (now) 124th ‘ATTACK’ Squadron (I think) flying the MQ-9 REAPER(?) for the Air National Guard? Anyone have details on this transition? This patch does not have velcro on the back.
