(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the 2019 Detachment patch created for the 12 Air Command and Control Squadron (ACCS) located at Robins AFB, GA for one of their deployments. It is the ‘heritage’ squadron patch for the 327th Ferrying Squadron. The tagline of ÒMed ControlÓ highlights the duties carried out by the 327th throughout their time based in Naples, Italy during WWII. Outside of flying cargo and personnel into combat zones throughout the Mediterranean, they also flew vital Malaria control missions. It says ‘MED CONTROL’ and has a lot of different ‘scenes’ on this patch, to include bombs, mountains, ocean, weather, etc. This patch does come with velcro attached.
