The 13th Reconnaissance Squadron is part of the 926th Wing at Beale AFB, CA. Currently (2020), they operate the RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aircraft conducting reconnaissance and surveillance missions. This is the color version of the “LUCKY THIRTEEN” patch that shows their mascot (the Cat) with a camera in its hands! This patch does not come with velcro attached.
