The ROK and U.S.A. conducted Exercise *FREEDOM SHIELD* 2024, an 11-day exercise set to reflect the Korea Theater of Operations – a combined, joint, multi-domain, and interagency operating environment. Freedom Shield is an annual US Forces Korea training exercise designed to enhance the combined defensive capabilities of the CMCC in support of USFK, the Combined Forces Command, the United Nations Command, and the ROK Joint Chiefs of Staff. The exercise provides both forces the opportunity to continue to strengthen the ROK-U.S. Alliance. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
