This is the A-10C Warthog patch that says PRECISION ENGAGEMENT (top) and POWER AND PRECISION (bottom) with their mascot holding their 30mm cannon. This patch was found in a Korean embroidery shop in VERY limited quantities and does not come with velcro attached.
