This is the color, PVC version of the exercise patch created by the 303rd Fighter Squadron that flies out of Whiteman AFB, MO. DEFENDER 23 is a U.S.European Command directed multi-national, joint exercise designed to build readiness and interoperability between U.S. and NATO allies and partners. DEFENDER 23 took place from 22 April to 23 June 2023. This patch was created by the squadron to commemorate their participation and does have velcro attached.
