(Korean): This patch was found in the back room of a small, Korean embroidery shop on my last TDY to that area. It is from the 33rd Tactical Electronic Wing (TEW) for their participation in Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM and says “WHEN DIPLOMACY FAILED” (middle) with the F-16 coming off a target. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
