(Another ‘MATT’ Creation): This is the “EXEC” patch created for the officer who works in the Front Office for the Commander of the 334FS (Blue Squadron). It says “SEMPER QUEEPGRATIS” (Latin-esque for “ALWAYS QUEEP”) along the top, “THAT OTHERS MAY LIVE” (bottom) and does not come with velcro attached.
