The 33d Rescue Squadron is part of the 18th Wing at Kadena Air Base, Japan. It operates Sikorsky HH-60 Pave Hawk aircraft conducting search and rescue missions. This is the red version of the deployment patch that says “IF HE’S OUT THERE, WE’LL FIND HIM (ELVIS)”. It was found in a local Korean embroidery shop and has the “theater-made” feel with the ‘cut’ edge, and does not have velcro attached.
