346 TES B-1B Patch

This is the aircraft patch for the 346th Test and Evaluation Squadron’s B-1 Test Flight. It says “Combat Tactics and Test” and has the “ghost” face on the B-1. Not sure where they are located, but I want to say Edwards AFB, CA.
