This is the red/blue version of the current squadron patch for the 358th Fighter Squadron which is part of the 495th Fighter Group at Whiteman AFB, MO. The squadron was reactivated there in 2015 and was formerly part of the 355th Operations Group at DavisÐMonthan AFB, AZ, operating the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft conducting close air support (CAS) missions, until its 2014 inactivation. This patch does not have velcro attached.
