This is the “DESERT BONE” deployment patch for the 37th Bomb Squadron out of Ellsworth AFB, SD showing the B-1 (Bone) going through the skull of (what looks like) a Saber-Tooth Tiger (but not sure what skull it is exactly). This patch comes with velcro already attached.
