This is the “desert” version of the 389EFS ‘EXPEDITIONARY’ F-15E Friday “DESERT Tinsel” patch for one of the F-15E Strike Eagle squadrons located at Mountain Home AFB, ID. This is worn on the left sleeve of the desert flight suit and does come with velcro already attached!
