(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): The 389th Fighter Squadron (389 FS) is part of the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho operating F-15E Strike Eagle aircraft conducting close air support (CAS) missions. The 389th flew combat in the European Theater of Operations from, 14 March 1943 Ð 3 May 1945 and in Southeast Asia from, 14 March 1966 Ð 8 October 1971. This is the 4″ desert version of their 4000 HOURS F-15E Aircraft ‘TINSEL’ patch and does come with velcro attached.
