This is the blue/gray version of the Flight Suit Sleeve (Pencil Pocket) patch for the 47STUS (one of the USAF Pilot Training Squadrons) located at Laughlin AFB, TX. This one is for the C-12 Pilots and it comes with velcro attached. Can see some of their history above.
