This is the blue/gray version of the Flight Suit Sleeve (Pencil Pocket) patch for the 47STUS (one of the USAF Pilot Training Squadrons) located at Laughlin AFB, TX. This one is for the MC-12 Pilots and it comes with velcro attached. Can see some of their history above.
