This is the blue/gray version of the Flight Suit Sleeve (Pencil Pocket) patch for the 47STUS (one of the USAF Pilot Training Squadrons) located at Laughlin AFB, TX. This is for the U-28 propellor-driven aircraft and it comes with velcro attached. Can see some of their history above.
