This is the ‘NO HOURS’, black/silver version (with RED Letters) of the F-15E “TINSEL” patch for the 494FS, one of the F-15E Strike Eagle operational ‘forward-located’ squadrons located at RAF Lakenheath, England. This is worn on the left sleeve of the flight suit and does come with velcro already attached.
