This is the ‘Bouti Buzzard patch created for the 510th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron’s participation in the exercise recently. They fly the F-16 Viper out of Aviano Air Base, Italy and shows the buzzard with “RULE” across his forehead. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
