The 66th Rescue Squadron is stationed at Nellis AFB, NV where it operates HH-60 Pave Hawk aircraft conducting search and rescue and combat search and rescue missions. It is a geographically separated unit of the 563rd Rescue Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, which is part of the 23d Wing at Moody Air Force Base, GA. This is their ‘spoof’ patch that says “SO NOW YOU’RE HAPPY TO SEE ME!” (bottom). No one wants to HAVE to be rescued, that means your plane went down, but DO want to see them should that ever happen! This patch does NOT come with velcro attached.
