This is the r/w/b version of the KC-46 ‘BOOM OPERATOR’ patch for the 905th Air Refueling squadron. The 905th Air Refueling Squadron is an inactive USAF unit, last active as an element of the 319th ARW at Grand Forks AFB, ND, where it operates Boeing KC-46 Pegasus aircraft. The squadron was inactivated at the end of 2010 when the 319th wing lost its operational mission and became the 319th Air Base Wing, but apparently has been reactivated(?). This patch does not have velcro attached.
