The 303rd Fighter Squadron is assigned to the 442d Operations Group at Whiteman AFB, MO, and flies the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft conducting close air support missions. This is the “red-black-yellow” version of their squadron’s SHIELD* patch and does not have velcro attached.
