This is the Air Battle Manager (ABM) “FRIDAY” patch worn by the members of the 116ACW at Robins AFB, GA that run the “mission” of the E-8C Joint STARS (note the aircraft on this patch are the Boeing 707 airframe with the “canoe” underneath). This patch DOES come with velcro already attached.
