This is a US Air Force Special Operations patch from the AC-130 ‘SPECTRE’ Gunship. It is probably denoting that “SUNDOWN” either did some Special Operations training with the USAF on this program or he was originally a USAF Navigator that “cross-trained” into the Navy, ending up in the F-14 Tomcat. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
