Indentured servitude was a system of long-term labor contracts that was common in the colonial era. It was also practiced in the military, where enlistment contracts are similar to indentured servitude. The US Air Force NAVs/WSO’s were given bonuses to sign for additional years of service. Once they had your signature, you then became their indentured servant. This is the blue version of the WSO patch worn by those who did take that bonus and does have velcro attached.
