This is the “pink””” version of the Air National Guard patch. It shows the famous “Minuteman” in the center with the words “Air National Guard” across the bottom and pink F-16s in flight in the background. This is worn by the female F-16 pilots on their flightsuit, NOT the leather jacket (it doesn’t have a leather border) and DOES have velcro attached.
