This is the AWACS 9-11 Commerative Patch. It has 09 11 01 across the top rocker. It shows a phoenix in red, white and blue with the twin towers and the Pentagon in the middle. Across the bottom rocker it states in Latin “Ascendimuys Potentiores” which I believe means rise again stronger. Beautiful Patch!
