(Direct from supplier): This is the light(er) blue version of the GRUMMAN AIRCRAFT patch we obtained from the Grumman Factory Supplier. It has the GRUMMAN logo emblazoned on a leather patch, then the patch is sewn onto the front of the cap. There is a cloth strap on the back for adjusting.
