This is the squadron patch created for the COMMANDER NAVAL AIR FORCES ‘FIT/REQUIREMENTS’ (Fleet Integration Team). It shows the F-35 planform in the shape of 2 lightning bolts, with the name LIGHTNING II underneath (see the play on words?) This patch does not come with velcro attached.
