This is the GOLD set (of two) Knights Templar Commandery *PASSION CROSSES* SLEEVE patch (on felt) worn by the “EMINENT SIR KNIGHTS” (Past Commander) of the GA Commanderies on each of the “cuffs” of the Templar Uniform (in the State of GA, at least).
