This patch was created for CV-62 / CV-41 / 7th FLEET that says “”””THE GREAT TURNOVER””””. It was created to commemorate the 1991 PEARL HARBOR Anniversary as one of these aircraft carriers / Airwings relieved the other for the Western Pacific deployment / deterrence. This patch was found in VERY LIMITED supplies at a Thrift Store (yep) in Hawaii. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
