This is one of the cruise patches for CV-64 for their 1994/1995 WESTPAC cruise. This one shows the original “Constellation” ship (1797), the current “Constellation) ship (Commissioned 1961), and the stars around the ships/aircraft representing a “constellation of stars” and says “AMERICA’S FLAGSHIP”. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
