This is one of the cruise patches for CV-64 for their 1994/1995 WESTPAC cruise. This one shows their Area Of Responsibility (AOR) being the PERSIAN GULF. It depicts the entire Battle Group (that’s what it was called back then) and if you look closely, there is cursive writing that says PERSIAN GULF in the actual Persian Gulf!! This patch does not come with velcro attached.
