(Found in a collection): This is one of the cruise patches created for the USS Constellation (CV-64) and Airwing 2 (CVW-2) for their 1988-89 Western Pacific/INDIAN Ocean (WESTPAC/IO) tour. It says “WE DELIVER, ANYTIME ANYWHERE” (top) and shows the Carrier on the American Flag in the center. Picked up in a recently acquired collection in VERY LIMITED quantities. This patch does not come with velcro.
