(Found in a collection): This is one of the cruise patches created for the USS Constellation (CV-64) and Airwing 2 (CVW-2) for their 1988/89 Western Pacific/INDIAN Ocean (WESTPAC/IO) tour. It shows “CONNIE” sitting on the flight deck of the ship with the RAINBOW in the background (back then, it had not been commandeered by the LGBPDQ+/- community), so I’m unsure unless it’s weather-related (hence the lightning bolt). Picked up in a recently acquired collection in VERY LIMITED quantities. This patch does not come with velcro.
