CV-64 WestPac ’99 “Texaco” Patch

This is one of the 1999 WestPac cruise patches for the USS Constellation (CV-64) and Airwing 2 (CVW-2) and states “Texaco” in the background and lists along the sides all the flags of the countries they visited.
