This is one of the 2016-2017 OIR cruise patches created by CVN-69/CVW-3 showing a black scorpion over Iraq. It has all the squadron emblems along the edge of the patch and says “”””STRIKING AT THE HEART OF TERROR”””” along the top. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
