(From the Squadron supplier): This cruise patch was created for USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) for their “Western Pacific (WESTPAC) cruise. It says “CARLOS DE VINSON”, doesn’t state a particular year, as it is to imply they are “Cruising 6 out of every 12 Months” each year, and does not come with velcro attached…..
