The fourth Nimitz-class carrier is named for the 26th President, former Secretary of the Navy, and leader of the “Rough Riders”. This is the bullet patch created for the *Combat Direction Center Watch Officer* (CDCWO) and says “You cannot kill that which has no life” (bottom). This patch does come with velcro attached.
