(Obtained from the squadron supplier): This is another of the 2018 Cruise patches created for CVN 75/CVW-1 for their 2018 deployment. It says “ARCTIC OPS” (top), OPERATION INHERENT RESOLVE (bottom) and “THE HOLDING PATTERN” (middle). It also has a lot of other text on it, but shows the aircraft of the airwing in a “holding pattern” (oval) waiting to be cleared to land. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
