This is the CVN-76 the USS Ronald Reagan Tiger Cruise Patch. It shows the Reagan in the background with a tiger on the right side. Across the top is says “USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76). Across the bottom is says “TIGER CRUISE Oct 17-18, 2003. It’s a smaller patch, but very well done. This patch does not have velcro attached.
