This is one of the cruise patches created by CVN-77 and AIRWING 8 for their 2014 WESTPAC deployment. It shows all the squadron insignias and aircraft over IRAQ with the ISIS as the target in the middle. It says “”””BACK TO IRAQ”””” across the top and “”””OEF”””” along the bottom and does not have velcro attached.
