CVW-3 ‘CAN YOU CSAR’ Bullet (OCP)

This is the OCP version of one of the 2019 ‘workup’ patches for Airwing THREE (CVW-3). It says “CAN YOU CSAR” (top) and “NO, BUT I CAN ISAR” (bottom) with the state of NV in the middle. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
