This is the organizational patch for Det 1 Co C 1-111th Med Company (AA) in desert colors. It’s an army aviation unit out of Arkansas that fly medical evacuation helo (I think Blackhawks). The designation is “”””DUSTOFF””””. The patch does not come with velcro attached.
