This patch is in the shape/coloring of the American Flag and shows a F/A-18 Hornet carrying sharks (it looks like to me) and says “We’ll Test Anything……Once”. Must be one helluva story behind this!! This patch does NOT come with velcro attached, but I can send a piece along if you need.
