Fighter Weapons School (Grad-Des/Des)

The FWS, Fighter Weapons School, commonly referred to as “Top Gun”, was based at NAS Miramar, CA, but has since been moved to NAS Fallon, NV. This is the desert/desert version of the patch worn by graduates.
