This is the “tab” worn on the left flight suit sleeve for pilots that fly the F-16 Viper in the “colder” climates, hence the name “Arctic Vipers”. This patch does not come with velcro attached, but I have a piece I can throw in….I just don’t have a way of getting it sewn on.
